Drums/e-brake problem

Drums/e-brake problem
Hey all, got a question for all the Mustang gods out there.
My mechanic says there is nothing wrong with my rear brakes (stock drums) but when i am in my driveway, which is moderately sloped, unless I pull the e-brake all the way up to the very last click when I hit the clutch to start her up, it'll start to slide backwards. Not rapidly mind you, but not real slow either.
So my question is, is this something that can be adjusted, or is it time for new drums/shoes? I can't find any good info on the net on when a drum replacement is needed& the forum search is out of whack..
Thanks
