i got my free f cam today what all do i need to put it in my car

ur gona need sum 1.6 rr's n hardined push rods n new hyd roller lifters with tha hold down for them, possibly new springs n guide plates for tha new push rods
the f cam is a blower cam, mainly people run tha f cam with aluminum heads n a blower n a built bottom end with lower compression but idk maybe sumbody hav set it up before on here.

yea tha ford racing ones will work as long as their hyd roller lifters

yea that is all i got what else do i need the guy i got it from said it wouldnt work in his car becasue of ptv what kind of springs and pushrods should i get

really doesnt matter on tha push rods as long as thier hardened push rods im sure ford racing selles them or comp cam has a set for 50 bucks p# COMP7826-16 on brothersperformance.com n try p# FMM6250F303 on the springs on tha same web site or u can jus call them up n they fix u up 1 800 4862681 r u still running stock heads

you dont "need" any of thats stuff, some new springs would be nice.

runin stock springs will probly wrk but not as efficient hyd roller cams hav aggressive lobes which stock springs break up after 5800 rpms but idk its ur car
