How difficult is it to convert my302 with a 2 barrel carb to a 4 barrel?

The next thing I'm going to do is put on anew carburetor and figure I may as well put the good stuff on now as long as I've got it taken apart.

Where is the best place to get a 4 barrel, and are there any recommendations on brand, retailer, etc.

if it's a stock motor a performer 289 intake will work well and an edelbrok 1405 or 1406

Its as simple as unbolting the intake and putting the new one on. Then run the fuel like to where it needs to go and wire the choke and you are good to go.

Might help to know what car too. Engine mods etc...

The last production carbed 302's used an aluminum intake from the factory.
They used a 600 CFM Holly type carb, vacumn secondry........
Time to go on e-bay and start shopping.......
