If I where you I'd pay the 200$ and not worry about it, I installed my own BBK LT's and swore the whole day... cuz it took kme a day to do it !!! On the other hand I've heard of people not having any problems.

Everyone seems to be hitting the nail on the head here-pay to have it done and let someone else swear all day. I put mine on and had to do everything from using an engine lift to jack up the engine to get them in. But well worth it, sound awesome and I always get asked what is under the hood.

Why won't the lt's fit on the aod cars? Is it because od the trans crossmember or something else? Can it be easily modified to accommodate the lt's?

The easiest way to install long tubes is to install them when the engine is out of the car.

The BBK LT are too close together at the bottom to clear the AOD along the pan to trans area.
