Default Cam ?

I tried using the search thing but it doesnt work.
I have some gt-40 heads and im looking for a cam, i was thinking about getting one of the alphabet cams or a TFS1.
Willthesework without having to change the valve springs?? andwill i have to change anything else on the heads??Im trying to get the car running as soon as possible so i dont want to mess with all that.
Thanks.

TRICKFLOW STAGE ONE.

Spring? upgrade? why not, better safe than sorry. Upgrade takes about 30 mins, do it yourself.

Stay away from the alpha cams, they make power, but Modern Cams, PERFORM.
