thats the problem, i applied i think a little too much vaccum to it, when i had my motor out....
i was just making sure all vaccum lines were clear of debris and i wasnt thinking.....
i blew air with my air compressor into where the vaccum line goes on egr and blasted...
i think i f-ed up the diaphram
