Default need ac help

hi i was wondering if any buddy new where i could get some r12 for my air? or what to do with it, i don't want to put money in to it! if t charge it and it work's grate if not im riping it out!

Yes it is try to get most of the R-12 oil out and then install ester oil.Then Vaccum the system and charge.I did mine 5 years ago and it has been blowing 35 degrees since.

R-134a refrigerant oil.
Or otherwise known as A/C compressor oil
It is different from R-12 oil.

Yeah you have to have a special liscense to buy R-12 it it I believe $50 a pound.

not to try to make you sound dumb man but you are being retarded about it. trust me you want to convert it over. i didn't convert mine over and i had ti recarged and it cost a butt load and come to find out that i had a leaky line and it leaked all out and i just said screw it and converted it and it took 20 minutes and it saved me alot of money in try to find the line that was leaking. just spend alittle money in the start and you will save alot in the long run.
