Exhaust Resonating

Exhaust Resonating
I have a 95' Mustang GT. As most of you know I'm sure it has the 5.0. I'm pretty sure the exhause setup on it is stock. Just the stock duals. My problem has developed here in the past month or so but it's such a common issue with cars I'm sure there is a place to look that is also common to all of these cars. The problem is when I'm at low RPMs and low speed, essentially when the load on the engine is the most when you begin to accelerate. The exhaust seems to "rattle," as I saw in a thread with aftermarket exhausts it almost seems like a noise comming from the resonating pipes.
Anyone know a good place to begin looking?
I also have a suspension annoyance, again I've heard this exact same noise on other cars of random make and models. When the front shocks/struts/springs (Don't know the correct term) is compressed it creates this squeaking noise. Now I saw a suggestion that it was the rubber "bearings" between the parts. That they just dry out and need lubed up. The only thing I had at the time was PB Blaster (The bolt breaker stuff), which advertised some lubricating properties.
Thanks for any help in sorting out this frustration.
