Default Scat Vs. Eagle

Alright, I am trying to decide between the scat 9000 crank and the basic eagle stroker crank. This is a 347 build. They are both about the same price. Just wanting some opinions. Correct me if I am wrong but both of their web sites say cranks must be balanced before assembly, and arent sbf's externally balanced. I should be able to put the crank in and throw on a 28/50oz balancer and flexplate and not have to have metal added to the crank. I dont think I can really go wrong with either crank. BTW this is a mild 347. 300-350 whp.
