Default bad clutch fork??

ok so my 89gt's clutch has been acting up.. i currently have a upq quadrant, steeda adjustable cable and firewall adjuster...one night i noticed the pedal had crappy pressure..almost no pedal but still shifted..i had my buddy adust it and the pedal got better but my throwout bearing squeals every so often...so i step ont he pedal and i hear like a clunking noise so i went under the car and noticed when i disconnected the cable i could move the clutch fork towards the rear end of the car and theres play in it..is that the throw out bearing no good or is the fork no good? help please

that is normal for the fork to have play like that..why you ask?? because it is held on by a clip on a piviot pin......if the THROWout bearing makes noise, replace it
