Default what cam for my heads?

Im looking into getting a cam for my car but I dont need a super agressive one since its a daily driver and the car has 160K miles. So what cam would you recommend for my type of heads and my driving style?

i would choose between a n-41 cam by anderson ford or a 258HR 208/216 with a .533/.544... 112 the latter is more streetable.

1.6 is stock lift and the 1.7's increase the lift

ok I see so getting the 1.7 wil allow more air and such to enter and exit the engine or would that only happen with a cam? also will my stock valve covers fit with the lift or is the lift really minimal? and how long does it take to instal?

all you have to do is remove the oil baffle in the passenger side valve cover and they should fit
