what so you can argue and say any builder would do such ?? not gonna happen, , I remember a certain instance when I asked you to elaborate on a certain situation and you respectfully declined and said you did not trust me enough to entrust me with the info so what goes around comes around, touche my friend
No not to argue, but to see if they are actually "free" or if they are standard things that a builder will usually do.
