anybody with a 94 or 95 5.0 know how to get rid of your hanging rpms when you shift?

well...i heard it was unfixable but i was just wondering if anybody had found a way to fix it.....if not i'll just deal with it like the other thousands of 94 95 owners and see where it takes me....i dont really mind it....i was just wondering if it was a real problem like...bad for the car or anything

there is no fix for it. the SN computers have it programmed into them and it cannot even be modified with a chip. PMS MIGHT have access to it, but I doubt it!

Its a function of the IAC. If it bothers you that much, put a switch in the ground wire for the IAC motor and shut it off after the engine reaches temp

My 98 sixer does it too, bugs me sometimes bc I have to slow my shifting down during normal shifting to get it nice and smmooootth.
