tried unplugin negetive side for 15 min but didnt work and the pump still just stays on when the keys on

the fuel pump does tuen on when you tuen the key to the on position nothing wrong there

If it stays running and won't turn off when you aren't cranking the relay might be bad.
When you turn the key on it should run for like 3 seconds then turn off till you crank it.

will the relay not make the car run at all?or start?

If it is not working properly yes.
Also check for spark.
Mine was acting funny like that one day and I had no tools to look at it.I thought it was the fuel pump relay till I noticed I had no spark.While messing with it it started and has benn running fine ever since.

The car will run if you spray gas in the TB so it has spark.

Not while I was working on it.
Do you have fuel coming out of the test port?
Try to get your hands on a noid light and test to make sure the injectors are getting signal to fire.

hey this my car 97 cobra was trying to help me out. i have checked everything including the injectors, pressure regulater, injector power, unplugged battery to reset the computer. I have spark and it runs when i spray gas in the TB so my computer shoudn't be bad. so what else could be the problem HELP!!!

But do you have a negative pulse at the injectors?
Do you have power at the injectors?
