(((((white smoke))))))))
i got a 1990 5.0 lx, some times when i floor it in 2nd i hear a raddle in the engine, then i look behind me and i see like a white smoke, only when i floor it though, any answers thxs.

you sure its white and not gray? it sounds like you have your timing set a little too advanced from how your engine rattles.
check and make sure your coolant level is ok. check your oil for coolant it will look milky. check to see if you have oil in your coolant. if you are low on coolant pressurize the system and see where its leaking or if its leaking at all
