Default Clutch Problem

I have a 1994 Mustang Cobra. I have to let my clutch pedal all of the way out before my car starts to roll. Also when I go up hills it smells like if the clutch is slipping. It's not a hydraulic clutch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know much about the SN95 5.0s but in my 93 the clutch is REALLY short. (As in if you push the clutch in enough to notice, it's pretty much engaged.) It might be the same way on your Cobra...as for the going up hill thing, I have no idea.

have you tried pulling up on the clutch pedal? you could also try releasing the tension on the quadrant and letting it readjust.
