wheres the sqeak sqeak sqeak over a bump comming from under my 90 lx ? replaced the shocks and struts but all else is old. 133k

 

my car is doing the same thing and its the control arm bushings,on mine its the lowers on the front.i have sprayed wd-40 and it went away for about a weeka nd its back,so i hope that helps u.

 

You probably need new spring isolators.

it's a wonder mine haven't started making noise. all my bushings are so deteriorated they're almost all worn off. my bushings are shot.

 

Check the balljoints. Theyll sound like a squeaky bed. Youll need a balljoint press if you need to replace them.

 

a knocking sound comming from my front pass tire i think is ball joint

 

just rip apart the front suspension, check your sway arm chassis mounts as well, at least grease em...ball joints, swar bar endlinks if u run the front bar sound like a culprit...but i'd look at the upper strut bushings up front as well, were they greased when installed? or were they even replaced? its only rubber...and its cheap...but ya know...ball joints would probly have other symptoms like wandering..etc
