so im replacing my rotors andi dont know how to remove the inner bearings from the old one

buy new bearings, I wouldn't reuse them.

Put the nut back on the spindle with a few turns, then slide the rotor over the nut and slightly jerk rotor toward you so the inside surface of the nut impacts the outer surface of the bearing. This will leave the bearing and the grease seal resting on the spindle.
