Default Electrical Problem

I've replaced the headlights, foglights and tail lights as well as the housings. I've also removed the hatch for some body work and put it back on the car as correct as it was before.

Now the headlights will sometimes flicker when i'm driving and the fog lights only come on sometimes. The a/c Just recently stopped blowing out of the main vents in the front and only blows up on the dashboard. When that problem occurred, every time i turned on the a/c the voltage meter drops exceptionally and the cabin lights as well as the head lights dim down. I've replaced the battery and its cables after receiving this problem and it did not help.

Are these signs of a failing alternator, a short, or a mix of the two?

The problem with your A/C vents sounds like a vacum problem.

check all connections under dash regarding the lights for any signs of melted connectors and your a/c issue seems like a vaccum issue

I'm sure this has been asked a million times as well but how do i pull the dash apart to look for the bad wires as far as the a/c goes. It really bothers me that it pulls the voltage way low on the car when i engage it

Where can I find the vacuum line that would cause it not to blow out the main vents only.

Amateur mechanic here.
