Default Adjusting Stock rockers for aftermarket cam.

I have just spent too much money on my car lately. Therefore I can't afford new roller rockers @ the moment. I am installing either the E303 or TFS1 cam in my car.

Now I know with the stock cam you just put them on and torque to 18-20 pds.

My question is how do you adjust or install them for an aftermarket cam? I am running GT-40 Iron heads.

big question though, did you buy the supporting springs to go with your cam? dont skimp out on that.

So i just put them on a torque them down?

When I bought the heads the previous owner had just installed new crane springs but I am going to change them based on which cam I go with. I cant decide between the E303 and TFS1.
