Default RESTORE???

has anyone ever used that RESTORE stuff that is supposed to give life back to your motor, lol. i thought about buying some but i didnt want to spend 10-15 bucks, 10-15 where i live anyway, on something that isnt worth ****!

Here's the way I look at it. If there is enough heat, pressure, and friction to actually remove material from your engine ( cylinder walls, piston rings) then there is probably more than enough to just about instantly remove any from of liquid you dump in there that is supposed to seal any grooving in the cylinder walls and restore compression.

Just my .02 though.

thats about what i was thinking. but im still debating on it. nice car anyway! i recently bought some parts off a car that looks identical to it. blue with stripes. just had white pony wheels on it

be a guinee pig. down a cylinder compression test. use restore and run it for 100 miles or so and do another compression test and find out if there is a legit difference.

+1 Seriously, eat 15 bucks for the team, and let's see what happens! You could be responsible for either helping hundreds of people by proving that a product actually works, or helping hundreds of people save thounds of dollars. It's win/win.

ive ran it a few times, never had a problem. never went to the extent of doin a comp. test.... but then again i may just do it too

I have been wondering about this product to. I just don't have a compression tester to do the test. DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!

My brother used it and swears by it. He had a car that was buring a lot of oil, like a quart every 500 miles, put that in and went to about 1500 miles.

I was burning oil in my car at about that pace an I put in some Lucas oil stablizer and it slowed down on the consumption.
