Porting is good for about 5-15hp depending on how much is done from what I've read.

The good thing is about that mazda is that I can spot him from a mile away, the guy has alaska plates and they are all yellow so its like a light saying here I am! lol. I can't wait to find him again and just **** him off more on the way to work. If he does it again he will be pit maneuvered across the highway and I won't think twice. That would really suck for him when doing 70-80mph. My car would be easy to fix lol.

OO over all I am not sure. I am kinda curious to see how much I am pushing myself. I am more curious to see track times though. Guys are running 12's with worked GT40's and other supporting mods.
I am guess mid to high 13's at the very least with my setup. If i had a good set of tires to launch with and a set of subframe connectors I would be set for now lol.

If you can drive it then high 13's at the least. Do you have the stock gears in the rear? What all do you have done?

If driven right you can hit 13's easily with GT40's.

Check for an exhaust leak. Does it sound like its inside the car or outside?
