Oil Pan Stuck
you can use a drill..I use an ole dist made to fit my drill to prime it to around 20 psi coarse there is no cam gear on it..

You guys lost me if its not too much to ask can you please explain in detail???? Im new to this changing the oil pump?!?!?</P>

take the coil wire off the distributor and ground it to your intake and crank it over for a few seconds so you can build oil pressure, or get a socket and a speed wrench and put it down into the distributor hole and crank the oil pump drive shaft untill you get some pressure.
Make sure you got the two 1/2" bolts way in the back,kinda behind the pan.You probably won't be able to get the pan all the way out,at the shop we always just dropped the pan down as far as it would go and then unbolted the pump,there is a 9/16"nut holding on the pickup tube on the number 3 main bearing bolt.It can be kind of hard to get to.
I got those 2 bolts, and I lifted the engine to clearance the oil pan out, so ther eis a 9/16 bolt hloding the Pump? wait the pick up tube???? #3 main bearng bolt??? where is that??? Hmmmmm
