lower intake

Default lower intake

hey guys, on the lower intake, at the back, there is a hole like 1 or 1.5 inch's in diameter, i beleive that a hose plugs into it, where does that hose lead to?

If it's at the very rear.

There should be a rubber grommet that fit's in the hole and you PCV valve fit into the rubber grommet.

when i got my typhoon, the guy had a metal pcv valve attached to it, now this the hose that connects to it go to one of the hose ports on the upper intake?

I'm not sure that there is a clear cut way you route vacuum lines or PCV line on a Typhoon, but this is something I picked up a few yrs ago that might be helpful?

oo wow um, i dont have three holes like that at the back of the intake, or any open ports at the bottom of the upper, all i have is one T coming out the back of the upper, from there i had the PCV, that connects to the PCV at the bottom of the intake, and the S for the vaccum tree, wowo it look like i really F'ed up here im not sure at all where to plug these things in. for the fuel pressure regulator, i have one of those small vaccum lines that connects to the EGR, CONNECTED to the regulator, i think its a thin black hose(plasstic), is this at all right

I'll assume that when you opened the box you got all of this?


In the diagram I posted earlier the back of your upper should look like this?



And the brass fitting for the vacuum should or could be placed like this.

no man i got mine used. all i have is the T that is at the back of the intake, the other 2 holes are blocked off, then i have a small connector near the throttle body like in the picture, but its on the other side, its visible is you pop the hood. and i dont have that peice thats connected underneath the upper intake, where does that black hose go?
