The 90mm lightning is a possibility... i have one and like it so far. Go to andersonmotorsports.com and look at the "loadio" kit they offer. It allows you to run anywere between a 19# to 55# injector! just by downloading the tune off the internet

The lightning MAF is a great blower MAF. That is what I am upgrading to in the next month or so.

I have a 2.95 pulley and it's supposed to make 9-10lbs of boost I believe. I think the 2.75 pulley makes 12-14lbs although I am not positive.

Yeah I just checked up the specs. It seems the 7rib pulley only has a 3.125 pulley. I believe it only makes around 7-8lbs of boost. Seeing that you have aftermarket H/C/I the boost level should be around there, maybe a little lower. I am running an 8 rib setup with the 2.95 pulley and seeing around 7-8lbs of boost(the guy I bought it from said he was making 9lbs with similar mods).

Seeing that you will be adding a PowerPipe, intercooler, and meth, you should easily surpass 10lbs with that pulley. Also, 3.12 is the lowest pulley I could find for the 7rib. Now if you wanted to upgrade to 8 rib, you pick between 2.95 and 2.75 and build more boost.

Yup go 2.75 for sure...that way when you put the car together, you can tune the thing once accordingly. Good choice on ditching FMU. Plus you dont want to put it together and wish you went 2.75...which we all do....its never enough, oh and do a 8 rib upgrade just because. : )
