WOOW but that kit looks like a custom 1 of a kind kit. is there a kit that is sold that i can install in my garage??

is the 1982 a good idea or should i go with a 90-93 ? which one would be easier for me to find parts for and to build and of coarse cheaper and i dont mean cheap as in im only spending 5000 on it i will be spending alot.

I think 87-93 will be easier, plus they are already EFI and you can build off of them... forged pistons, etc. (87-92 have forged pistons, they switched to hyper in 93).

Did you see how big that thing is? if you put that on a stock car it wouldnt begin to hit boost till 5k

it depends, if you are going to go with aftermarket parts than hell yea its going to cost alot more than that by the time you add up MAF, injectors, tb, u/l manifold, intake, injector harness, engine harness, computer, etc. But than add that up and minus the cost of a nice carb.

But there alot of pro's and con's to each... price is definitely a con for going EFI.

And even if you pick up a 92 its not going to really make that much of a difference, the only things you wont have to buy are the harnesses and computer. Your still going to upgrade all the other components.
