Default jerking high rpm's

everytime when i floor my car it always jerks twice not hard it feels like two bumps around the 4k what could it be i already adjusted my tps, at idle its between .98-.99 what could be causing this. The car also has new spark plug wires and plugs and rotor

sounds like the same problem i am having. how do you adjust the tps?

my TB and stuff looks differant than that. mine doesn't come off at an angle it comes stright off the passenger side and the air intake hose has a elbow on it does this sound familiar? does anyone have any stock pics of the under hood

i really need help with finding this problem its like when im driving normal my car starts to jerk real badly i have to be accelarating so it wont jerk. When i accelerate it runs good but when i cruise it jerks real badly what could it be and i already ran the koeo test and just get the code 85 which i know is the canis but some of the emissions is deleted and also code 111 and 11 which is system pass

ok so i just ran the koer with engine running and got codes 41 and 91 something with the o2 sensors anybody ever had these codes

i went ahead and took out o2 sensors and noticed one of them was like squished from the top like if they tried to grab it with some pliers because they could not get the proper wrench to remove it would this sensor be causing the codes 41 and 91 to be showing. Or does it still work like that. Here are some pics of sensor
