I just picked up an 89 GT and it still has the original radio in it. The radio lights up, but the clock is blank and the radio wont play. Does anyone have an idea of how I might fix this? Maybe a fuse or something?

could be a bad radio, pull it out and check to see if it has power and ground out of the connector and if all speaker wires are hooked up, ditch that puppy in favor of a new age cd player

Alright thanks ill have to check that out in the morning. I'd love to change it out for a cd player but i dont really have the funds right now. Any other suggestions?
