Default Hm..Fuel Pump?

Car isn't running but Ive suspected the fuel pump, as Ive sprayed starter fluid into the intake and she turns over and turns off. I want to change the fuel pump relay but was informed it most likely is not the relays since they don't have any burnt prongs. Just want to make sure before I order my bad boy an unessacery 255.

When you turn the key on before starting do you hear the pump cycle?

I only hear clicking. But I doubt its the fuel pump. And how do I known if my safety switch is tripped?

Its like where if you had to go change your tail light bulbs you have to remove that section of like plastic carpet cover up and its right there pretty much like right behind the license plate.

O crap.....I did recently change to after market tail lights. But the car was working fine for a few days. So is it an actual switch?
