FSTRNYU

I have a '92 5.0 with a long list of work done to it and recently it has been randomly stalling at idle. It is not puttering out, it just shuts off which makes me believe that it is electrical (I hate electical diagnosing!!!) so I was wondering if anybody here has had this happen before and where I should look to try and fix the problem. I just got the car back from being tuned and they said that the MAF reading would be smooth, then start to jump all over the place then it would stall. (Side note: it always starts right back up after it stalls) Would this have anything to do with the MAF sensor?
