Default C6 swap?

I have an AOD, my buddy has a C6 out of a 2wd Ford F-250 1984 I think. Would it fit my car and would it be worth doing?

Thanks

Not worth it. Those things are way too heavy and are too big to work around while in the car. Stick with a c4 if you want a 3 speed auto.

+4 lol

C4 all the way, it would be a complete waste to build a C6 for a small block.
