Default quite a hesitation not too sure help me

car is a 94 vert auto to start off ok now was traction control around in 94 and is so would they neglect to put a switch to turn it on/off if not my second thought is i have a problem when sitting at a stop and accelerating straight no problems turning them over slids out a bit then takes off but if sitting at a dead stop and trying to accelerate to make a turn to say merg into a busy highway the car just putt's out almost cuts of kinda feeling and then slowly picks up then really gets back to normal after a few seconds..... not too sure cleaned the IAC and MAF today to see if that was it nothing there idle's like a champ now but still the hesitation my next thing would be to move to the fuel system starting with the filter any obligations or suggestions?

I don't think ther is TC on the 94s, just becasue of how the brake lines are routed, being split at the axle there would be no way to control the braking of an individual rear wheel...

I would deff. do a tune up. Also, maybe run codes. The check engine light does not need to be on to mean there is a problem.

bogging down and hesitation on acceleration? I'd look for a vacuum leak first. Easy to check for and usually very cheap (or free) to fix.
