I am getting a tick but it is mostly while accelerating and worse under load. Can be heard at idle to. It is not that loud until engine is under load. Does that sound like and exhaust leak?

Okay, New Question. If the back bolt or back 2 bolts on the headers are backed out can that blow out the gasket or cause problems?

Yes....tighten them back up and see if that helps, but you may need a new header gasket!

Sounds like a header gasket. Most lifter noise can be heard at idle. Most exhaust leaks show up under load. If the header is leaking just replace the gasket. Once the exhaust finds a way out it will burn through header gaskets. If you use copper or soft aluminum just tighten them back up.

Is there a way to lock the bolts so this doesn't happen again? These are stock headers so its probably gonna happen again. Can I use normal lock washers or something?

...just tighten them up and take the car for a ride...stock bolts are very good!
