Default NO SPARK, NO FUEL.. ECM?? Need help!

Well for a while my car has been running like crap for a few months and it just turned off when I was driving yesterday

-Car cranks
-no fuel press
-no spark
-fan doesnt turn on

Checked voltage at coil, inj, MAF, TPS and all were less than 2V(should be 12v I believe with key in on position)

I have my fan hotwired and setup to turn on with key in on position and its not turning on.

I hotwired the coil and the fan turned on but the fuel pump still didnt prime

The CEL doesnt even pop up when first turning key to on position. Believe this means no power to ECM????

I dont know where the EEC power relay is located or what it looks like to check if its getting 12v.
I was looking at this http://sbftech.com/index.php/topic,588.0.html
and not sure where ecm is on my 94 mustang

NEED HELP!!

You need to check the CCRM unit.... located in the radiator overflow tank bracket. The ECM is not turning on......... LUK

no it was 2 vdc.. pins 8, 10 were 12V(stopped there) but 12 and 24 were only 2 volts

Im not sure which is pin 37 and 57 on the ECM. The ecm has 2 connectors on the drivers side right?? The one I was looking at was blue, but there is another one that is gray and closer to the cabin.

You need to check the ground side of the EEC relay circuit then (pin 15 at the CCRM). BTW... that module is not the ECM, the ECM has a single 60-pin connector and is located behind the RH (passenger) side kickpanel.
