Pour a little fuel in the throttle body and then set the fuel container AWAY FROM THE CAR. Then see if it will try to run. If it coughs and runs for a second or two, then your problem is fuel delivery. If it won't cough at all, then it is ignition related.

ok so a recent update
for the hell of it i replaced the cap and rotor and it actually got it running again.
but still have the problem of crank no start.
o and when i had the problem fuel pressure was perfect.
So now i have moved on the TFI.
1)is the tfi the same as the ignition module?
2)Sometimes i have noticed a mis fire here and there but the car will never completely die on me>

So now i dont know where to go after that

help please

A 94/95 car I believe is remote mounted, while the Fox's had the TFI modules were on the dizzy. The ignition control module is located under the air cleaner assembly on the passenger side. Take it out and take it to Autozone. They'll test it for free. If at all possible try and pull codes.

After doing some research I'm pretty sure the ICM is your culprit. I would deff. get it tested as soon as you can. Good luck!

went to autozone and got the old icm tested and it tested bad immediatly
so i replaced it

so after tryin it for a while i decided to clycle the key a few times and then try it and it started right up.
it also felt a little sluggish for some reason to me but im not sure.

so now i hve no idea where to go.

can you define sluggish a little more? doesnt rev quick? does it idle weird? does it do anything way out of the ordinary or just feels slow?

so it revs fast but feels like it accelerates really slow? could be clutch slippin.

have you even ran codes on this thing since youve gotten it running to make sure everything is normally operating?

well since its obd1 it cant store it so in order for me to do that it needs to be happening and i dont have a reader so unless i takeit to a shop and pay some outragous fees and thats y im tryin to do everythin i can by my self. and it has good fuel press when the problem is happenin.
Spark is def comin from the coil as i found that out my self lol
and its not the icm cause i jus replaced that.
from wat i can tell i have no vacumme leaks
plugs wires cap and rotor have all been replaced.
i really doubt its an air problem.

so im stumped
this was a problem that gradually got worse and worse if that helps any thin

your assumption is wrong. your car CAN store codes on OBD1. and you DONT need a code reader to pull codes. just a ten dollar mutli-meter or test light and a piece of jumper wire.

try this.
