im trading it for a 92 motor i dont need
...and my other mustang is a 95 so i couldn't use the 92 front accessories or intake anyhow
and i have put a high price on my 92 motor because i dont want to really sell it as it could always be a spare block for me if i need it

....clear as mud or better?

Stick with what you have. You never know the condition of this ''rebuilt'' engine.

I'd bet the stock 110K block would outlast the rebuild. (unless you know who did it and how it was done)

what about the heads? Who rebuilt it? Was it a quality mechanic, or a shade tree mechanic? I say stick with what you have. You know it runs good.

I would stick with what you have, and build up your "extra" block you have laying around and swap that in once done with it. Since like you said it's a stock block but 306, it's gonna be pretty much identical to your 302 hp/tq wise, only diff is it MAY or may not have less miles but a good or so so rebuild job.
