Default Injectors???

So I decided to go with the Ford Racing GT-40 Top end kit....Comes with polished Cobra Intake Manifold, GT-40x aluminum heads, E303 cam, and all da neccesary gaskets and such... for $2300. Also gonna switch over to mass air. Now should I go with 24lbs injectors or will da stock 19lbs be okay?? How much power can I make with 19lbs injectors?? Also if I go with the 24's will I need a bigger fuel pump? Thanks peoples.....

I'd go with the 24# injectors & at least a 110lph fuel pump...

the stockers will work just fine, but if you have the budget it'd be worth your time to upgrade.

If you're buying a new fuel pump, might as well buy a 255lph pump. They can often be found brand new for around $100 and it should provide all the fuel you'll need from the tank. No sense buying a new pump only to have to go and get a larger one later.

Same thing with injectors. Personally, I'd just skip over the 24#ers and just straight to 30#. Still easy to tune and it gives you some good overhead to work with.

if you want to save a few dollars go to the junkyard and find a lincoln mark 8 and pull the 24 lb injectors along with the electric fan and mass air meter(you can adapt it to fit iirc its 70mm)
