instead of making a new thread.......

i need to order new rocker's and pushrod's for my 89 with stock port&polished head's with 110lb comp cam springs.........

can someone recommend a good rocker (1.6 or 1.7?) and what pushrod's?

prob should replace the lifter's too....

my head start's spinning when i see all the different types....

i know you gain like 1hp from 1.7's over 1.6's, but would there be any EXTRA gain with me using nitrous?

^^^^^if you are using stock heads most likely the stock length of 6.250 will be the right length but you need to check the geometry first with an adjustable checker or at least use the stock length ones to test with to see where the travel on the tip falls.....as for roller rockers crane, or comp 1.6's will be fine

I wonder why Crane never built a 1.6 pedestal mount in the energizer line.

I think I'd do a conversion. I hate pedestal mount rocker.
