it's not all that bad, if you have to pay someone to do it, such a swap will be expensive, just spend time researchind and asking questions and unbolt and transfer over all necessary parts will be the most time consuming part of the project

lol, if you have the resources it shouldnt be all that bad of a learning experience. BUT if you dont have the tools/resources or the know how it would be a difficult journey for you.

and thanks MJR...^^^you should out the fuel system too

mainly the difference is under the hood, but since you'll have a donar car you need not worry to much, I convereted a 92 4 cyl to 5.0 and my donar car was an 85 gt , so yes I went carbed since I have no emissions here

time consuming isn't the problem... I just don't want to screw anything up.

don't worry, take it one step at a time, first pull the motor and tranny in your ride then the same to the donar car and post up results when both thoses steps are done as to where to go next, which most likely will be the k-member swap needed

K memeber is the frame that is the whole front suspension set up. its the thing that bolts up to the car and holds the motor, springs, steering rack, spindle, strut and wheels
