Default Water pump replacement

I have a bone stock 89 Gt, and my stock water pump has bit the dust. Question is... should I put a motorcraft back on, or a Ford Racing high flow pump. Would it really make that much difference?

I am working on this weekend. I dont think an easy out will do. Those bolts are in there. I am going to try and heat it up and hammer it off. I have pictures of it if you guys want to see.
