Default running rough

hey guys my car is a H/C/I stock shortblock and its ran farely well until lately, about 2 weeks ago i changed the stock fuel pump and replaced it with a new 255lph pump and new fuel filter at the same time after the install i ran it a couple of times everything seemed fine then the other day i cranked it up backed it out of the garage and started to go up the driveway and it started missing and i revved it up a lil then tried to move forward then the engine cut off it wouldnt start back and i waited a minute or two left the key on so the fuel pump wouldnt cycle again and it finally cranked and it was very obvious it fouled plugs so i pulled it back into the garage and took the plugs out all 8 were WET! not a little they were wet so i put all new plugs in and checked the fuel pressure after starting it the fuel pressure was at 45psi and so i lowered the pressure to about 35 or 36 and took it down the road i didnt pull well at all and i ended up raising the pressure back up to about 40 and i just let the car run for about 15 or 20 minutes and when i started to pull it back into the garage it started to miss again so i am thinking there is something going bad on the ignition i dunno it does have a stock distributor with an almost new cap and rotor and an msd coil i didnt pull the plugs back out this time but any ideas whats going on??????

Does it seem like it could be engine temperature related?

No i dont think it is temp related because the first time it did it it had only run for about 45 seconds and the second time it had run for like 20-30 minutes and the guage was showing right

Also, all wires check good

Well, I had a similar problem, which turned out to be the pick up coil in the dizzy. But with my symptoms, people referred me to check my TFI module first. Maybe give that a go?
