Why do you want to delete your EGR?

I used the felpro 1250 intake gasket, it came with pieces to block off the exhaust passages down at the heads. That way there is no hot exhaust getting into the lower or upper intake. Then I took off the egr valve and made me a block off plate to black off the holes. Plug off the cooland lines and leave the plug unplugged.

i bypassed mine recently and I started smelling fumes on my clothes...my dog wouldn't even come near me, so I plugged it back up. I hear egr takes care of the Nox gases, which is the nastiest stuff are cars put out.
