tps....

I adjusted the TPS to about 98... Took it out and steped on it from start.. It still hesitates... So while car is still running i go and unplug the TPS and step on it again.. NO HESITATION... How can this be? Its a new TPS.. Its adjusted right... What more do I do now!? Im getting irritated with this car
