Default Ford Racing 5-lug cobra brake conversion question

I am soon purchasing the Ford Racing 5-lug/Cobra Brake conversion kit for my 90 GT. I am carbed and have no ECU (obviously) at all. Will everything work without the ECU stuff? U know the new master cylinder and other 93 Cobra parts?

Yes, by changing the brakes you are not messing with anything electronic.
