Default GOT IT!!!

Guys,

Last night i picked up a new 306 shortblock all set up and put together. I also picked up AFR 165's with upgraded springs and a custom ground cam from Flowtech. Its in my garage right now (i seriously want to go out there and make love to it!!!) Anyway, im trying to come up with a list of things i will need to do to my car to support this new engine. So far i was planning on buying:

1. Waterpump (Hi flow, Edelbrock?)
2. New Starter (mini? open to ideas?)
3. New Altenator (anyone know where to get a better than stock one that will fit for decent $?)
4. 30# injectors (Ford Motorsports)
5. MAF (I dont know what to get)
6. Autolite AR25 Spark Plugs (if anyone has any better deas please let me know)
7. Timing Chain (double roller w/ markings)
8. Full Felpro gasket set.
9. I have to get custom hardned pushrods made for the setup by a local shop.
10. Scorpion 1.6 Stud Mount RR's (if anyone has a better idea please let me know)
11. Obviously a tune (i have been reading previous threads and i am hearing that the 94-95 ECU's dont like upgrades and the car will run VERY rough until its tuned. Some people have even said they have had BIG issues. I have a flatbed car trailer and a truck so i plan to trailer the car when its together to be tuned but can i hurt the car be test running it before i get it tuned?)

I have already:
1. underdrive pullys
2. Edelbrock RPM II Upper and Lower w/ 1" spacer
3. Valve covers
4. MSD Dist w/ 9mm wires
5. Full exhaust (MAC Shorty's, MAC Off road H, SLP Loudmouth II catback)
6. 195LPH fuel pump
7. 4.10's

Guys if i forgot anything or there is anything else you can think of please let mek now. Im going to start buying parts today. IM PSYCHED!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help,

Bob

just have all gaskets handy and don't be afraid to email ED he always responds and will tell you anything you need to know, just take your time and once cam is degreed in then set up the valvetrain and check for ptv before final bolt on of heads, anyway PM SENT....IF YOU DON'T understand something just ask and take one step at a time and go slow
