Default whats goin on?

ok i recently bought a 95 gt with 90,000 miles on it. Everytime i start it smoke comes out the exhaust, its sort of a white bluish smoke. It doesnt stop smoking after its been running either. I found a puddle of oil under the car right under where the exhaust joins. Also i took out the plugs and they were a little oily, not much tho. What could be wrong?

it could very well be blow by (oil going past the rings into the cylinder and burning)

NOPE!!!....WRONG!!!.......to the OP it is most likely bad valve seals or guides since it is blueish =oil.....and if it does it after it sits it's coming from the heads most likely and leaking past the seals/guides and on to the backside of the valves and upon start up the oil is pulled into the cumbustion chamber along with A/F to be burned and out the pipe you see it

yeah but he said it doesnt stop smoking i can see that valve seals will help i would say if he pulled the heads and did guides and seals it would help a whole lot but
new valve job and guides and seals on old short block its not gonna quit smoking that will put more pressure on the old rings and it will continue
i think you should start thinking about your first engine build

yeah it probably is a combination of all of those
but usually if the rings are bad enough for it to start smoking it has to be bored so like i say save your money put n rebuild it

if it's getting oil on the exhaust that'll smoke like frieght train too also FYI if a valve seal has come off/ slide up on th stem , it'll do that too
also check the pcv system and make sure the valve is not plugged up/ mesh screen plugged too
