Default horse power ratings on 302s!!?
Whats the horse power ratings on all 302's?
Becasue i have a 70's modle 302 and im wondering what was the horse power in the 70's and basicly all 302s stock!

a 70's 302 depending on what it is out of, could have a few different ratings, but trust me none worth mentioning under 200 most likely

mines 70's model atleast thats what ive been told havent been able to check the code on the block seeing we are basicly snowed in...but i hope im maken bout 300 or so with all thats done do it.

Gt heads 50 h.o,eddy performer rpm intake,eddy 650cfm 4bbl,moroso breather,trickflow cam,headers,3inch exhaust and dynomax bullets,msd coil,accel 8.8mm wires

nah its got newer 5.0 h.o heads on it not gt40 heads

I almost have similar mods,(my gt40's are aluminum) but newer year motor...91'...mine dyno'd 260 at the wheels...its got 100k plus on the bottom end...dunno let us know if ya dyno it...

the stock heads are going to restrict your numbers a good bit. my guess is that you are going to fall well short of your 300 rwhp
