Default what to buy?

im getting a big enough tax return this year so i wanted to know what would make the most noticable difference in my 85 gt, switching the stock rear end out for a ford racing 8.8" with 3.73a or getting a pair of tirckflow twisted wedge heads, i have an edelbrock intake already but i wont have money to change the cam out as well. i'll be getting both this summer but i was to get the more noticable one now before the spring weather gets here

Gears FTW... Wait till you have the $ to do the H/C/I together. You will need other things too like a fuel pump, injectors, MAF, AFPR, gaskets and bolts to name a few.

Gears and exhaust is the way to go first when on a tighter budget

Heads and intake. Nothing like having an extra 100hp + on tap. Gears are fun for the first 10 minutes, 100hp is fun forever.

8.8" (stronger) & 3.73 gears for sure...Forget the Twisted Wedge heads (junk IMO)...get some Edelbrock Performer RPM's!
