Well, that was very very informative. Knowing how to change an alternator sure as hell isn't the same as knowing what the heck an injen is built out of. I need to bury my head under the hood some more.

since the S/C IS GONE JUST DISCONNECT IT AND CAP source vac line off and make sure you still have a vac line on the FP regulator

the stock one is still there, it is just behind the TB by the firewall on the fuel rail.

And again OP, check to see what MAF you have on there. If it is a stock one, the 24lb blue injectors will make you run rich and not good. By gettiing a new MAF, a new tune or new injectors might help you slove alot of your running issues.

Wow, all this great info and I'm paying a guy 65 bucks right now to have my car sit outside his garage for 24 hours. Wow, what a deal. Thanks for the info. How can I tell if stock MAF or not? It most likely is, given the state of the engine.

Take a picture of the MAF, we can tell you. Or you can measure the ID of it.

Got a shot of the MAF I'll upload soon. I got a look underneath while the car was on the lift at the shop. Its not a borla exhaust, its a flowmaster. And not windsor headers (I'm dumb) its JBA shorty headers. Woot, I think you're right about it being a stock MAF. Like I said I'll upload the shot soon.
