They are pretty known now they just did a H/C/I swap in the 5.0 and they used tristate heads and they seem to work very well for the price and flow looked to be a good deal.

I brought up those heads a few years ago... seems as though nobody knew anything about the company until I said anything

you don't need a huge head on a turbo car

yeah they are good heads, but like I said, big head, small on3 turbo, = not good combo, plus with the quality of on3 stuff I wouldn't tempt fate with expensive good heads. My buddy runs ported e7's with his on3 set up and was more than capable of 10 sec et's

really??? i would think that bigger heads would mean better flow making boost more efficient. just what i would think. is there a reason smaller heads are better with boost?

Yep, it's called port velocity.
Smaller port, more velocity.
Works real good when the stuff in the port is under pressure, like from a turbo or blower of some sort...........

Ask ED Curtis at flowtech induction......he's got a customer with a 8 sec turbo car and 185 afr heads.......how fast do you want to go??? and like I said, if you're gonna use on3 stuff , don't and I repeat don't waste tons of money on a short or long block and slap a cheap azz turbo set up on it, they will let go, trust me, go on the corral and do a search for on3 and look at all the probs they have. If you're gonna put it on a mild or inexpensive long block set up, you'll be fine = low investment and decent return and if it lets go, you're not out a ton
